We charge 25% cancelation fee for any no-show and same day cancelation with a loss of deposit. No refunds on deposits will be issued. If canceled before the 24-hour period, then the deposit can be rescheduled and applied to the new date for any service. We allow a 5-minute grace period with notice by phone call or text. Please do not book any refills if we did not apply the fullset, we can't guarantee the lashes we use will blend well with what you already have on, we will recommend a complimentary removal and start new with a fresh fullset, please book a consultation if you're unsure. Please don't bring children or extra people to your appointment.
